Sand Blowing Cleaner In Pipes is the special tool
for metal pipe inside cleaning, and is the upgrading products
of forced sand blowing cleaner. The new product is the key
equipment to painting operation in pipes and could increase
the surface disposal grade inside to Sa2.5-Sa 3 so as to
enhance the erosion resistance and postpone the service life.
The cleaner is capable for pipes with diameter in
2"-12" and length less than 20m.

There should be equipped with a set of forced sand blower and one air compressor with enough capacity to connect the blowing soft pipe with the inside cleaner, when carrying on cleaning, then push the cleaner into the top-end of the pipe and pull back so as to make cleaning. The mobile speed depends on clean degree and original state of machines.
The working principle is to make use of the high speed air grinding material mixed flow sent by the blower to eject it to the cone sprayer of the cleaner so as to expand the material for cleaning. |
