Technical Features of SB-1A Auto Recycling Sand Blower

1.Sand auto recycling
　　Once the control button at the blow head is loosed, the compartment holder will automatically descend so that the separated sand will fall into downside compartment(working storehouse) from the upside compartment. If press the button, the compartment holder will lift automatically and make a separation between the upside compartment and the downside compartment. Thus the whole procedure of auto sand recycling. Only one operator is needed for this operation. And the recycling could be done without cutting gas and power supply.

2.Auto reverse blowing
　 SB-1A Sand Blower uses washable composite material with low pass resistance as the filter core to remove dust, and is simultaneously set with auto reverse blowing equipments so as to avoid the frequent stand-down for getting the filter core out for manual cleaning, time and work saved.

3.New-type blow head
　　It could expand disposal width for every time, increase working efficiency and ensure the efficient use of vacuum power at most together with reasonable air route design and material choose.

4.4kw vacuum pump
　　The increase of vacuum pump rate could A. increase the working radius to 50m to special B. increase material variety such as steel grit and steel shot and other low consumptive material and expand working scope C. make it possible to half-open operation while using quartz sand, copper mine sand and river sand, increase working efficiency, enhance disposal to complex working pieces without dust produced.

5.Special oil and water purifier equipped
　　Equipped to suit the blowing work in damp season and area, the purifier could prevent water and oil penetrating into the surface of working piece having been disposed to cause second rusting and dust adhesion. The purifier also could keep the normal work of air-driven components, especially in freezing weather.

6.Vacuum adjusting valve
　　The valve could choose and adjust freely the vacuum degree(suction) so as to increase scope of varieties and specifications of sand. All kinds of sand could be used no matter the proportion, specification and variety, such as glass microsphere ball which could be used to dispose stainless steel surface.

7.Four working modes--four performances integrated on one machine
① Auto recycling mode：the top brush of the blow head closely sticks to the piece surface so as to realize 100% sand and dust recycling, no dust pollution, no need to manual cleaning, time and work saved.
② Half opening mode：the top brush of the blow head is of less than 1cm distance from the piece surface to realize 100% dust recycling, no pollution, 10-30% sand recycling.
③ Opening mode：shut off the vacuum pump and disassemble the recycling equipments at the blow head, the opening mode is ready.
④ Industrial dust collector：open the vacuum pump and use blow head or sand pipe to finish sand and dust collection. The collection speed is 1.38-1.6 ton/hour.
